My Winning Poem

I can't believe I didn't post this, but I won last year's library poetry contest! Here is my winning poem.

Farm Animals

Dogs are yapping,
Cats a napping.
Horses neighing,
Also braying.
These are the sounds of the farm.

Chickens squawking,
Also walking.
They’re doing this in the barn.

Roosters crowing,
On the roof.
Acting like a bird alarm.
They’re doing this,
On the barn,
In the farm.
