The 30-Day Blogging Challenge: Day 25 A Recipe

Because I'm a chocolate and peanut butter junkie (as shown in THIS post), I will now share with you the best cookies ever  . . . that just happen to be chocolate cookies with peanut butter chips. Ahem. Here it is:

Peanut Butter Chocolate Delights

Ingredients:
2 sticks butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups peanut butter chips

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325. Beat butter, sugars and vanilla in mixer until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chips. Using your cookie scoop, or just two regular table spoons, place onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-13 minutes. Cool on sheets for about 2 minutes, then remove to cooling rack.
